STATEMENT ACCORDING TO ART. 13 OF LAW N. 196/2003

Q-INKS S.r.l., informs its clients that:

a) personal data can be used for promotion and/or sales, as well as for statistics in the monitoring of client satisfaction with the quality of services rendered and activities carried out to improve those services according to the needs of the clientele. Failure to consent to the handling of personal data will not influence the fulfillment of requested services.

b) for the aims of the previous paragraph a), authorization to handle data is held by the owner and by those responsible for marketing operations. Data will not be passed on to third parties.

c) the handling of data is carried out using manual, technological and electronic methods, by the supplier and/or his staff. In all cases, handling of data is carried out strictly according to the above mentioned aims and in consideration of the need to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of the data, which is managed and protected in areas whose access is under constant surveillance.

d) The owner of the handling agreement is Q-INKS S.r.l., 54, Ramelli Street, 52100 Arezzo (AR) - Italy.

e) In relation to the handling of the above mentioned data, the Client, according to art. 7 of the law n. 196/2003, has the right to obtain from Q-INKS S.r.l.:

1- confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his personal data, their comprehensible communication, information about their origin and the logic upon which the handling agreement is based;

2- the cancellation, within a suitable deadline, of his data, their transformation into anonymous form or a block on data handled in violation of the law;

3- Updating of the data, their correction or, if interested, their integration;

4- written proof that the operations relative to points 2 and 3 have been made known to those whom the data has been communicated to, unless such notification is impossible or necessitates the use of disproportionate means. The client also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the handling of personal data regarding him, even if pertinent to the aims of the research.
